LaDeDa.net Return Policy
We gladly accept items for return within 14 days of your package arrival. You may return any unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of the arrival date. We pay to ship the items to you, you pay to ship an item back to us.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org (or call us at 540-345-6131) to inform us of your intent to return before you ship the product back. Keep all original tags attached and send the original invoice when shipping. If the product is damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package in order to get an exchange. We will not accept your exchange without proof of purchase (original invoice). Items cannot be returned if they have been washed or altered in any way.

*Please note that if your package is not postmarked by the 14 day deadline then we will send the item back to you at your expense. Please take caution with your packages as we can’t be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store.
All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped. We will process your returns within 3 business days of receiving the item in our store, and you will be notified via email that your return has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that we determine are not in line with our policies. In addition, all sales on intimate items such as camis, bandeaus, earrings, and sale merchandise are final. We will make every effort to please our customers with excellent customer service, but by purchasing our merchandise you agree to our terms.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
